Game Preview: Preds vs Oilers…

The Nashville Predators will close out & look to even up the season series with Edmonton tonight 7 CT at Bridgestone Arena. The Preds are 1-2 Vs the Oilers this season but have not played them since 11/28 when Nashville won 2-1.
The only meeting on Bridgestone Arena ice went in favor of Edmonton 6-2 on 11/22. The Oilers really have nothing to play for except a lottery pick at this point in the season, so it will be very important for the Preds to get off to a great start. With 10 games left in the season, the Central Division Title is not out of the question, but the Preds must make a run & hope St Louis drops a couple on the road. This could also lead to the Presidents Trophy & home ice throughout the entire playoffs.
Reports continue to suggest that Alex Radulov will be in Nashville sometime today/tomorrow & could suit up as soon as Thursday in Pittsburgh, but the organization has not yet confirmed this.

Injury update:
F Paul Gaustad has missed the last 2 games after suffering an upper body injury. D Roman Josi missed the entire 4 game road trip, but could return to lineup tonight. F Colin Wilson missed the last 2 games with a mild groin strain.
